Its not out yet. 4.7.8 will be one of the most thoroughly tested 4.7.x version
ever brought out.
One major deficiency cleared up will the the javascript problem where you go to
a site with javascript and it just sits there in limbo. I believe the term used
by Netscape champions is called Javascript Ghosting.
