You probably start buil with some batch file. If you look into that
file you will see line like this:
set MOZ_DEBUG=1
disable this line and rebuild mozilla. Of course you will not find
rebuilded browser  in /dist/win32_d.obj/ dir but in /dist/win32_o.obj/
and you will probably find it running much faster.
