Go to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ and file a bug in the "Evangelism" 
category, giving the URL of the page.  Evangelism will send them a letter 
suggesting they not do that and giving pointers to some pages on how to 
DTRT.  You could also try emailing them yourself explainign why it's a bad 
idea...
