I would tend to agree with you. I have a friend who is a big Netscape
fan and won't use any other browser other than NS4.7.
The main reasons that she won't move to Mozilla are:
1. There is no way to file a bookmark straight into the correct folder
like you can in NS4.x.
2. Printing of web pages is much better controlled in NS4.x
These two "minor" details that are in NS4.x are enough for her...
