Trying again with "Reply ALL" instead of "Reply".

The 0.9.3 browser doesn't work with my bank's internet banking site.
They say they have written the HTML generating in their cgi scripts to
work with I.E. and Netscape, but only Netscape 4.76 displays their forms
correctly (well I.E. would work but I only have Linux on my system).
What it does is in the bill paying form, where there is a default amount
in the form field for the amount to pay on the bill of 0.00, it displays
this above the form field instead of in it. I will try to capture the
HTML for this form next time I log in there and send it. Perhaps I
could suggest to their support people what needs to be changed in their
HTML to make it work properly.

yet when I actually type an amount into the field, this amount gets
displayed in the field.
