Hmm. You're right; I've just noted that I can't drag a bookmark
directly onto the PT anymore, although this worked in 0.9.2
I CAN still drag into FOLDERS on my Personal Toolbar, however.
Try adding some folder to your PT in MANAGE BOOKMARKS.
Time to file a bug report!
