What operating system are you using ?? If it's Win NT or 2K
and your PC is administered by someone else, you may not have
the "right" to enable this. That's assuming that the "quick
launch" option involves a registry setting (for example, using
one of the "Run" keys).
How is "quick launch" enabled ?? If it's simply a shortcut in
your Startup folder, you shouldn't have any problems.
