Yes. He is. As he said elsewhere, that makes up the bulk of his job.
He spends the majority of his time working to bring new life to the
project and help people get their feet wet. He talks to new
contributors every day.

I guess the ultimate problem here is that you're carving out a niche of
bugs that the rest of us can't see. I don't understand how any bug with
this 'easy2fix' keyword wouldn't fall into the polish/ui keywords or others.
