Well, in the absence of proper articles of association and registration,
I can only assume that mozilla.org is simply a department of Netscape
Communications Corporation since the domain 'mozilla.org' is registered
to a certain "Mozilla Dot Org" of 501 East Middlefield Rd, Mountain
View, CA 94043. Which just happens to be identical to the address of
Netscape's corporate HQ.

I personally don't have a problem with Netscape owning all this stuff,
but if so it should be made clearer. Creating the impression of an
independent organization could be considered misleading if it is not. If
mozilla.org really is an independent entity then proper legal
documentation should be published to clarify this.
