Um... why?  XHTML *is* an application of XML, so text/xml seems to me to 
be absolutely correct.

Anyway, mozillaquest.com doesn't do this, mozillaquestquest.com does. 
It's built by Mozilla folks.  Are you perhaps insulting the wrong 
people?  ;-)
