First of all obscurity does not mean that its not public. As pointed out
there are 15000 people who are regular users of bugzilla, not to mention
that even redhat uses it (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/). Start
using it and I'm sure it won't take you long. I see that you argue about
the merits/demerits of strcpy, PL_strcpy, copy_string, etc, you
critisize on teh usage of cvs, cygwin, cmd, etc. How much do you think
someone like you would take to figure out bugzilla? Not much, in my opinion.
However if your main reason to not use bugzilla is because you don't
want to give an email address, then thats a totally different thing.

The point is to see if the bugs you notice are already in bugzilla and
to log them if they are not. The point is to follow the progress of bugs
you're interested and to bug the bug-owners if they are neglecting
something that you think is important. The point is to contribute and
offer your opinions in a constructive way.
