For bookmarks, you might try to force everyone to integrate something like
http://bookie.mozdev.org/
for everything else, there's profile roaming in 4 or 5 flavors, iirc LDAP and ACAP and
HTTP where among them. If you used one of those, you could have a server which
managed the sharing. Bugs about mozilla supporting the various roaming features are
filed -- helpwanted.
