Hi, is it possible with Netscape 6 and the document.getSelection-method to select some text in a textarea-field and afterwards clicking on a button and change this text? For example: before (and selecting this text): text after (clicking on the button): <p>text</p> I think that with Netscape 4.0x I couldn't achieve this because the getSelection-method was read only!
