Seeking Bidi Default QA volunteer

Hi,

I am happy to report that Zach Lipton has graciously come forward to act 
as the "Bidi: Arabic & Hebrew" component default QA contact. He will be 
the QA contact for general Bidi issues and Hebrew specific issues. Maha 
Abou El-Rous is still the Arabic issues QA contact.
Thank you, Gilad Ehven, for your work in this role up to now. Welcome 
Zach in a new role!
