If you read what I said, the criteria for finished is usually 
'downloadable from netscape.com' (and billed as a released product, not 
a beta).  6.0 was downloadable from netscape.com.  I'll bet you can put 
2 and 2 together.  Of course, the need to ship *something* also played 
into the decision to 6.0.  You seem to enjoy dwelling on past mistakes. 
 6.1 was a successful product, and it will continue to be going forward.
