Since the "shape" of the Swiss cross is different than that of 
christianity (same-lenth arms & thick versus bottom leg longer & thin), 
and if the Swiss cross is unrelated to christianity, then the Islamic 
world will just have to learn the significant difference. People in the 
west who confuse the "red cross" with christianity will have to learn 
the difference too.
