I'm just saying what most newbies tell me. They hate it that their
Netscape 6.1 does not break lines at a certain point. They think
Netscape's line wrapping is defect. They don't care about format=flowed,
they don't know what it is. Some guy in a group who didn't know about
format=flowed in Netscape 6.1 recommended against using the mail/news
part until the "line wrapping bug" is fixed. I'm not saying to diable
f=f completely, but IMHO the /display/ of it should be disabled.
