How do I automatically quote email address and date time in a reply

Anyone know how to make Mozilla (latest build on Win2K if it is 
relevant) quote a sender's email address and date/time of a message when 
I hit reply?  Ideally I'd like to customize the message myself such as:

On 22nd September 2001 at 18:31, Brian Craigie <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 
blurted out the following...

instead of the current:

Brian Craigie wrote:
