The TAB key will navigate the web page and when focus is achieved on a 
combo box "button" (for example) it will hilite with a broken line frame 
around the inside of the button. At least that's the behaviour here on 
the sites I've visited with combo-boxes. Can you provide us with a URL 
where this doesn't work for you in the most recent Mozilla build ??
