Netscape 6.1 could be recommended to anyone who wants a stable browser 
supported and QAed extensively by a commercial company. This is the 
majority of end-users. Those who frequent this newsgroup may well be 
happier with Moz, but they are not typical end users. Typical end users 
don't know how to read news.
