OK, finally got it to work. What was missing in Neil's instructions was
the fact that when the /content/ directory is dragged to the open
comm.jar files in the winzip window the ADD to ARCHIVE box comes up.
There is a little drop down box of choices and the default is "add
(replace files). This has to be changed by scrolling down the list to
"update (add files)" and that is what I was missing. The "Update" button
does not automagically appear until the change in the drop down list is
selected.
