You could always try copying your entire contents of <randomjunk>.sit for your profile in your Mozilla folder in "Application Data". Everything from mail to news to bookmarks to every conceivable user preference is kept in here, but I have never done it so I am not offering any guarantuees although in my experience Mozilla doesn't care if these files are edited outside of Mozilla and takes them as is.
