You can specify the folder directory for both Mail and News. So, go into
your profile directory and copy the Mail and News folders to your new
machine. They don't need to be inside the "Application Data/Mozilla"
area. After you set up Mozilla, you can go to Mail/News Preferrences,
set up the same accounts and then point the Local Directory for Mail and
News to the files you copied over from the Server Settings page.

You can likely copy the actual mail/news account settings over too, but
I think you need to go into prefs.js and copy the appropriate lines into
the prefs.js file on the new machine. There's more room for error there,
so if you know the settings, it's safer just to recreate the accounts
that in the new profile.
