No icons on the URL Bar on W2k as Power User?

I just installed Mozilla as Administrator and went back to my PowerUser 
account.
Oddly enough, I don\'t see the icons on the URL bar as I usually do with 
the nightly versions...
Is anyone else seeing this?
When I open http://www.mozilla.org/ though, I do see the icon. But not 
with other websites.
Any clues?
