Yes you can. But remember that your Windows\Mozilla folder (on Win32) 
contains any mail accounts, mailboxes, newsgroups, cookies, history and 
many other personal preferences that you may have already setup. It is 
not necessary to delete the Windows\Mozilla folder to upgrade/reinstall 
a Netscape 6.2 build. You should, however, remove the Netscape folder 
(usually under Program Files folder).

Search your registry and remove keys associated with Mozilla and 
Netscape, IF you are familiar with the registry. This is generally not 
necessary, as Netscape 6.2 adds only a few keys.
