I noticed the internet keyword search feature, which can have optional
prefixes (for example "shop cornstarch"), and customizable keyword
searches(for example, adding
     user_pref("keyword.URL", "http://www.google.com/search?q=";);
in a prefs.js file).

Is there a way to customize keyword search with prefixes? (for example,
both "MyFavSearchEngine porkchops" and "TheOtherSite flaxseed" that is
customizable.) I think such feature is very useful, which I miss from
IE (by the way, the IE version is customizable by hacking around the
registry at HKCU\Software\MS\IE\SearchUrl) Or would developers be
somewhat unwilling to incorporate such a feature because that would
defeat the purpose of Netscape's revenue from advertising plot?

Second question: whenever I type any word or url in the address bar, a
little thing pops under (for example, it may say "Search Google for
"http://google.com/";). How do I turn this feature off?

Thanks in advance,

-Tom
