Just to reply to my own post, I've placed an additional document on mac.com. If (with the most recent nightly builds of Moz) you open this URL:
<http://homepage.mac.com/mstockman/csstest4.html> The style sheet works fine. This is the same document that fails, but with HTML 4.0 Transitional doc type instead of XHTML 1.0. With HTML 4, it works, and with XHTML it fails: <http://homepage.mac.com/mstockman/csstest.html> The question is, do I re-open the bug previously mentioned, enter a new bug, or is *this* according to design?
