They're actually pretty responsive about things like fixing directory problems for users, so I have to figure they'll read the message and maybe pass it along to someone who can fix it. It still seems strange to me that Mozilla couldn't be a little more forgiving, but I guess that's rock-solid, zero-tolerance standards for you... Mike
