I just installed a Dec 20 AIM beta which works fine. But, it would
have been nice if it had inserted a menu item in Moz -- Win Me (til end
next week I'm gonna stick with milestone 0.9.7). I think I saw that
option in Netscape 6.2.1 (which I uninstalled because I thought Moz and
NS got confused) . I noticed, too, that the default AIM directory was
something coming off Communicator. Has AIM sprayed some .dll there that
it would be worthwhile to copy into my Moz plug-ins directory? Would I
be better off uninstalling AIM and using NIM? Are features contemplated
to integrate Messaging more closely? (yes, I know about Chatzilla, but
that's more for geeks) I tried Trillian some months ago but a) it
crashed and b)the ease with which a server in the Czech Republic learned
the names of my buddies made me think of security/privacy concerns.
