I wanted to puraches some books on line and the particular site said that it uses SSL to encrypt pades and that anything sent back would be encrypted. However The security lock on mozulla did not turn yellow (nor was it highlighted in MS Explorer either).
Can this be true in that you can have encrypted pages be sent back to companies without the mozilla lock being activated. At the moment I've no confidence in the site and that my data is safe. Are there other ways of checking that it is secure or should the mozilla lock be highlighted in all cases in order to provide some level of confidence? Nev
