I don't know what the big deal about print preview is.

At least on the Mac OS 9 and lower Platform, Print preview is part of
the print Driver (Chooser file).

In any program be it Communicator , Moz, N6, Word, Quicken and so on.
When you decide to print you go to File menu> Print.

While in the print Box you have the choices of setting numbers of
Copies, desired pages, and preview. This create a preview of the job
that you can see on the screen. You can print from the preview window ,
but only the page your previewing at the time. So it I want to preview
something I go to print then select preview after viewing the preview I
usually cancel from within preview then go back to print, resetup then
actually prin the job.

Doesn't Unix, OS X, and Windows do this? If they do what's the point of
using print preview from within the program. I don't see any value in it
unless print drivers are setup different in these other languages.
