equivalent to IE's ctrl-enter?

In Internet Explorer, you can type a word into the address bar, hit
ctrl-enter, and the http://www.....com is automatically filled in. 

Is there an equivalent in Netscape 6.2 or the Windows/linux builds
of Mozilla?
