Combine & Decode: When large files are posted in newsgroups, they are usually splitted into several small messages because many news servers has limits on the size of the messages. Combining and decoding is the process of assembling these multipart messages back into one file. Bug 60981, currently futured. ROT-13: Scrambling text by rotating the letters. A becomes N, B becomes O, Mozilla becomes Zbmvyyn, and so on. ROT-13 is used for things like hiding the punch line in jokes. Bug 66822, targeted at Mozilla 1.1. >> -Show message size in KB (in usenet) > > File a bug about it, if there isn't yet one. Shouldn't be much work.
