UI problems

I am having another problem.  My menu, location bar, links bar, and 
status bar disappears, leaving only the tabs, and navigation buttons.
Pressing Control-N to produce a new window doesn't help (same situation 
with the new window). My other user profile account doesn't have this 
problem.  Im using the official release 0.9.7 on Windows 98.
