If F11 doesn't fix it permanently, just delete the file "localstore.rdf" from your profile directory. In Windows 98, which I notice you are using, the full path to the file should be C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\[your name]\[some random characters].slt\localstore.rdf. -- Disclaimer: This disclaimer is not required by my employer.
