This was discussed recently, but I don't remember where, and I can't find the right bug in Bugzilla at the moment. The summary is (I think): This is a known bug. One would think that it was easy to solve because there is a Windows API for making it happen. We are making the right API call, however, the API call does not appear to work as advertised. Hence the bug. Tim.
