Again, you have no concept or either you refuse to understand the process. Netscape 6.2.1 is based on the VERY OLD Mozilla 0.9.4.1. Themes that work in 6.2.1 may NOT work in a future build. Therefore, why waste programming time and effort into something that may or may not work. Same goes for Mozilla. Themes that worked in the 0.9.8 release may NOT work in the 0.9.9 release and subsequent 1.0 release. So, why waste the time/effort until such time as there is conformity as relates to theme programming.
