NEtscape does not in fact do any of this - you are exhibiting an
extremely unrasonable level of paranoia.
ALL that happens when you use "Search" is exactly what would
happen if you click on a banner ad at a website; a billing
record for the service is created. The only difference is that
this "banner" is the "Search" button in Netscape instead of a
banner on a webpage.
