AOL to Dump IE in favor of Mozilla

-- using Mozilla 0.99 (nightly) on Linux - looks good!
- still no formatting toolbar in the message composer (Windows version has it)
  - wonder why?? Why don't they use Composer (the HTML editor)? I'll ask.
