Sadly no. Most webpage designers either do so on PC Boxes or UNIX boxes. If most were designed on Mac there would be near as many problems for mac people to view currently PC oriented pages. If Macs had been the major platform of Choice. Sun and Apple would have fixed better java support for OS 9 and lower. Since OS-X BSD4.4 UNIX in Sheeps clothing (Aqua Interface) Java support will be much better and maybe the 72dpi - 96dpi issue can finally be put to rest.
