Okay, I will bite, I did a simple Google search and here is what I came up with: a) I assume you are referring to the Lagrande case. b) The German goverment was informed in 1992, seven years before they were executed. Prior to that it was unknown that they were German citizens and they were treated as US citizens. c) Their guilt was never in question. d) That they had adequate legal representation was never in question. e) They were not executed by the US government, they were executed by the State of Arizona. There is a difference if you aren't familiar with our system of government and the death penalty isn't legal in all 50 states.
