That is not the way. That kinds of threads must be mixed with the development of the project, because they must be part of the proyect. Is the only way for introduce the developer, the other cultures of this planet, to MIX THE CULTURES and born a new identity. If those forums exist, the development of the proyect will keep in english, then Mozilla will keep being a project based on an english language culture...
