May be I was not complete enough: I cannot ANYWHERE in moz. enter a quote. No composer, no URL, no password. Outside of pages that are displayed. Pref->Nav->Lang is western. Pref->App->Lang = English(US). Strange is that it happens only in moz. but any version.
