I can help with "frame" I think. A frame is an area in the webpage. It
can be a table, a text paragraph, a table cell. It's responsible for
sizing and positioning that area.
I guess a line is a line of text, but I'm not sure of that. A frame can
contain other frames (for instance a table cell with text and images in
it) and I guess that is a childframe.
Really, there are people who knows this much much better than me.
