(PentiumIII/600, 128MB RAM, KDE 2.2beta) I have tried now to resize it when rendering - rendering and resizing were performing simultaneously. There was no UI freeze or rendering slowdown. BTW: has your 2MB MySQL manual been cached? Any disk-performance glitches? I don't have Win2000 here, still sticked to Win98, and sometimes Win98 uses disk access and swap file when it should not. I guess it can also delay UI response. There is no such problem on Linux, though. With the same 128MB of RAM my swapfile remains untouched. -- Vadim Plessky http://kde2.newmail.ru (English) 33 Window Decorations and 6 Widget Styles for KDE http://kde2.newmail.ru/kde_themes.html Do you have Arial font installed?
