resources in jar

Hello,
how could I or could I store some files in one single jar file ...
for example java script files and image files
and than use in an HTML (load from the net..not installed in chrome)
something like this:
<script src="some.jar!/scripts/someScript.js"></script>
bla bla
<img src="some.jar!/images/someImage.png"></script>
