From time to time now, I have been bouncing into an annoying issue with Mozilla (Mozilla 5, ver 0.9.4). sometimes, viewing a web page, I get several ???????????? instead of text. Yet this stopped happening so often about a month ago (maybe with 0.9.4) anyway... my problem now lies in Messenger. I receive over 100 mails/day, and in most of them I can't see the graphical accentuation because the charset used is wrong. Note that this happens whenever there is NO charset specification in the header. Then I went making Unicode (UTF-8) the default rendering charset for those cases and found out... that only half of them are actually Unicode, and several are actually ISO-8859-1 (which were the right ones before the switch). is this an issue with the sender mailers? is this caused by Outlook or webmail usage?
