greetings.

From time to time now, I have been bouncing into an annoying issue with
Mozilla (Mozilla 5, ver 0.9.4).
sometimes, viewing a web page, I get several ???????????? instead of
text. Yet this stopped happening so often about a month ago (maybe with
0.9.4)

anyway... my problem now lies in Messenger. I receive over 100
mails/day, and in most of them I can't see the graphical accentuation
because the charset used is wrong. Note that this happens whenever there
is NO charset specification in the header. Then I went making Unicode
(UTF-8) the default rendering charset for those cases and found out...
that only half of them are actually Unicode, and several are actually
ISO-8859-1 (which were the right ones before the switch).

is this an issue with the sender mailers? is this caused by Outlook or
webmail usage? Is everyone else (either using Outlook or webmail) having
the same problems? can it be solved within mozilla itself?

thanks
