try a new build with a brand new profile and account.. it is possible that you have a residual bug here.. where a previous install exists with problems while trying to use Mozilla in the same dir, and prior profiles.. see it that fixes it. I'm sure there has been some checkins for charsets, and changing string handlers lately. -dman84
