If the page was valid markup, and rendered incorrectly, you would probably have at least 2 people scrambling to file bugs in Bugzilla. But it appears to me (without seeing the page) that the problem here is the page is poorly done markup and as such Mozilla renders it according to spec, which isn't what you want.
