This reminds me of a certain webmaster (universalthread.com). I pointed a trivial problem on his site. His reasons why he shouldn't fix them: "I have 50,000 and nobody had this problem." then "That's not the standard way of entering this site. Tell me of any sites that link to me in that way and i'll notify them so that they can fix it." We exchanged around 8 emails ALL over a trivial fix. All he needed to do was midify *1* file and change *2* URLS in that file. He spent more time responding to my e-mails than it would have taken him to fix his site. He was willing to bug other sites to fix their "non-standard"(and his claim that it's non-standard is completely unfounded too) links, but he would not spend that meager second to fix his own.
